Hello! I'm Melody. I'm a native PDX Business Woman, Top-Portland Stylist, and Founder of L&M Hair Studio, L&M Hair Lounge, and a signature line of hair products.
My inspiration behind the Wealthy Stylist Academy came from wanting to fix the gap in the beauty industry when it came to education and opportunities for textured hair stylists.
My mission is simple: to empower aspiring stylists to turn their passion into a profession, paving the way for success in the beauty industry and in their financial lives.

What change can this program really offer me?

How many classes are there in this program?
Classes depend on your choice of program tracks or a la carte courses. A course is usually split into classes across 1 or more weeks. Ask for the detailed schedule by contacting us.
Can I make payments?
Yes! You can make payments for the program or use Vagaro pay later to pay for individual classes. The program requires a deposit to join and you can inquire about payment plans.
What if I can't make a class?
We understand that life happens! For the program, students are allowed three absences throughout the 13-week course. Regular attendance is essential for your success in the program to graduate.
What if I want to cancel?
Due to the live-training aspect, we aren't able to give cancellation refunds. However, if the program finds it applicable, your enrollment can be deferred to the next available cohort.

How much does the program cost?
A full program track is $2,500 for braids or locs and $5,500 for extensions which includes licensing, potential job placement and a built-in network. However- there are also individual price costs- chat with us!
Can I do individual classes?
